Default Did I Re-Concuss Myself?

Hi guys, I hit my head back in May at a concert and got a concussion, which turned in to PCS. I'm still having symptoms 3.5 months later, but in the past month I've been feeling quite a bit better. I still have symptoms, but I'm back at work and even walking a few miles a day and socializing out with friends. Neurologists tell me I'm probably at "the tale end of it".

But about an hour ago I was at a basement store with a few friends and whacked my head on the door as I walked up the stairs.

The hit wasn't as hard as when I hit my head at the concert, but I was hard enough that my head still hurts an hour later. No headache so far though.

I should add that I have some pretty horrific anxiety related to this whole thing, and am really hoping that I'm overreacting and this is nothing.

I'll call my doctor in the morning, but in the meantime, how likely is it that I've "re-concussed" myself? What should I look for?
