You just said you have been exercising vigorously for the past 2-3 months. What symptoms is that exercise causing ?

If vigorous exercise causes symptoms, do something less vigourous.

basic walking is causing me to get dizzy right now. this might be completely unrelated to the head jerk as there are no other symptoms from that.
