Default PCS Diagnosed- NeuroCog Tests?

I just got back from my Dr. He said I do have PCS. I am kinda bummed because there is not a lot they can do. He is sending me for Neurocognitive testing. Long tests, like 4 hours!

Has anyone had these tests? Can you tell me what they showed on you?

He said an MRI would be useless and meds, too. He is a really really good Dr at a great hospital, so I know he knows what he is saying.

He said to do stuff with the brain like strategy games and working out and also crossword puzzles which I hate! Hahaha. He said at first it is not good to do that, to rest the brain and I did just the opposite at the beginning. Eeck.

But he said it may take about 2 years. I am glad I will be getting the testing. I will post and let you guys know and IF YOU have had NeuroCog testing, please post.

Thank you!!
