Hello all.
I read a lot on Fish Oil and wonder if you all have taken it? So far, here is what I see. It DOES seem to help memory. However, it makes me queasy and also increases the headaches. It is a fair trade. I want my memory back. I am just wondering if others had good results? I have read both sides of it. I got a good brand, so no mercury in it! |

In my experience, it makes your skin very smooth. But I never felt any effects from it brain-wise. Still, I took it because, there's really not much else you can do to help your concussion other than exercise, eat well, and supplement with things like fish oil.

I tried Dr. Lewis' Omega 3 protocol for concussions. It helped significantly.
I'm down to about 2-5 grams a day of fish oil. I will add that supplements without a good diet will only get you so far. I've noticed greater improvements in my health when I take a holistic approach. |
