I get similar pains that have been diagnose as vaso spasms. These are like blood vessel cramps. They last from 10 seconds to a minute or two with complete randomness. I had them frequently last year but they are infrequent now. I just had a very minor one that has lasted a minute or so but I have been under a lot of stress today. Wow, what a coincidence. It started as I finished typing randomness and my cell phone range with "Rachel" from card services. Here is comes again.

I have not had one in weeks and now I have one.

The doc said there is nothing that can be done to stop them if they are sporadic and tolerable. No need for heavy drugs until they interrupt daily life in a long term way.

I suggest you get the vitamin regimen started. It is at the top in the Vitamins sticky. Many hangover remedies use part of the vitamin regimen as a part of the mix.
