Can someone please help me understand why I feel my heart beating hard a lot?
It is not beating fast, just beating hard. It feels like I go into flight or fight mode for almost no reason or it feels like adrenaline pumping through my body for no reason. It seems to happen more when I am tired. Why does this happen so easily? Is there anything I can do about it? The thing I worry about is if it is doing long-term damage to my heart - is this possible? Thank you
