Do you have neck pain? If so do you see a PT ? They can give you stretches and work out the kinks that will help too.
The pain isn't just in my head it's in a random parts of my body I have seen PT I do have stretches for my neck they have offered me a nerve block for like the headaches I get that starred in the back of the head and neck area. I have not taken that yet. I try to do stretches everyday for my neck. I do still experience some fatigue especially after a long day of school. I guess I also have pains in both sides of my head after concentrating so hard or studying. They feel like pinching pain not quite like a headache.
