alright so quick refresh, Januay 2015 hit head, recovered fully in a month,
June 2015 I almost ruptured my ear drums from helicopter pressure (recovered in a week, they just swole up)

August 2015 vertigo hit, for a week from then on had headaches until may 2016
(August 2015 - May 2016)

I had barely any symptoms all summer until a couple days in which case headaches came back (I watched alot of tv the other day so i thought they might have triggered it)

Just now i was taking a shower and hit, well taped my elbow against the wall, wasnt hard at all, but as soon as that happen i felt a ringing/high pitch sound in my left ear (like when you leave a club or really loud music, which i dont do either)

I'm wondering if there is something off with ears thats causing the headaches, I have had an MRI on my inner ears, and hearing test (when they flush water through your ears) everything was normal

any thoughts on this situation or know of any tests i can do to find out if something is off?

I doubt the elbow hit caused the ringing. It sounds like tinnitus. I get it frequently for a variety of reasons, sometimes, there is no explanation.

There is a saying in science. Correlation does not mean causation.

A reaction to hitting your elbow could be the cause. The ringing/hissing of a shower spray could also be a trigger.

Has the ringing gone away ?

yeah it didnt last very long, i thought maybe it was from vibration, only lasted like 30 seconds, almost like when i moved my body readjusted, but i could just be over analysing just to figure out a reason

Yes, you are seriously over analyzing. PCS has enough to deal with without adding other issues. There is no need to even pay attention to any symptom that only lasts a minute or two, even longer in some situations. I have balance issues frequently but they only last a few seconds. I just move on.

Before PCS, many of these strange symptoms came and went without us even thinking twice. Now that we have a potential cause, everything gets thrown into the PCS realm.

That's called sudden-onset ringing tinnitus, and I get it too at random. This article even talks about how it normally only lasts 30 seconds, so it sounds like the same thing you experienced. I don't think the impact is related.
