Foxy,

Going to take a stab at something here.

You mentioned above that if you get to the airport and meltdown you will return to the hotel.

My long shot here is that is an anxiety statement...the hotel is your safe place where nothing can totally incapacitate you.

I see two good things about that. 1. If I am correct you can beat the anxiety, it is not necessarily concussion symptoms. 2. If you can be safe in your hotel you can be safe anywhere else.

my bet is you will conquer this and have a good flight.

Bud

Maybe that was just a poor choice of wording. I didn't mean "panic attack", I meant "physical collapse" by way of my brain being unable to handle the lights, the noise, and the bumpy car ride to the airport (any bumps are hard for me to deal with). It could force me to have to hide in a dark room with my eyes closed, or find a bed (which doesn't really exist in that environment) out of physical necessity. I couldn't put myself in more harm by being in a bumpy aircraft for hours. I'm afraid mostly about being in a bad situation then having no way out. So yeah, retreat to my hotel, but it's less of a "psychologically safe place" and more of a necessity. And I would lose the hundred fifty I spent on a ticket lol

I leave tomorrow, hoping for the best! You guys have gave me some courage that this might not be as bad as I fear, but I guess we'll see ^_^
