Question Right side weakness + increased brain fog in the last 3 days, quite worried

I haven't posted here for a long time - I've actually been improving significantly in the last few months, might be due to my supplement stack, and also now barely have anxiety of hitting my head - I care a lot less about it then I used to. I'm 18 years old now, by the way.

However, the last 3 days I have had sudden, worrying symptoms, which seem to be neurological.

It started nearly 3 days ago at night, when I was lying in bed watching TV after a day of very bad stress and anxiety issues (personal issues), and I suddenly felt my right leg becoming slightly weaker and numb; a weird feeling of tingling weakness. I started feeling a pain in my neck shortly after, and I went to sleep.

The next day when I woke up, things have only worsened. I started feeling a brain fog - since the concussion I have had times of brain fog, which resembles depersonalization, but this time it was different - it wasn't like my typical PCS brain fog, it was a disorientating brain fog which I've never felt before. It worsened in the evening and it spread to my right arm too - I felt handling things like toothbrushes and smartphones was becoming progressively harder, so I told my father and he took me to the hospital.

An ER neurologist gave me a neurological exam, which I've done perfectly fine without issues. My blood work, temperature and blood oxygen saturation were all fine as well. However, the neurologist has suspected that the issue causing my symptoms might be only detected with a CT scan, and asked me to go under one after the neurological exam. I refused because of the high levels of radiation applied to the body from CT scans, which might cause health problems later on, and she told me to take an MRI within a few days.

It has been nearly 48 hours since I went to the ER, and I still struggle with these issues. My right hand is noticeably less coordinated than the left hand, and it feels very weird to hold things like smartphones in my right hand, but not in my left. I also still have this brain fog on and off throughout the day, accompanied by headaches.

My first fear was stroke, but the neurological exam pretty much confirmed it's not the case. I am afraid, though, that I have some nerve damage in the brain that causes this to happen, and this can be permanent if I don't go to the ER in the next few days.

If it matters, I take Ritalin intermittently, and my supplement stack is as follows:

1. Magnesium Citrate 600mg/day
2. Vitamin D 5000IU/day
3. Vitamin C 1000mg/day
4. Omega 3 (1g EPA, 500mg DHA)/day
5. B-Complex 50mg/day
6. L-OptiZinc 30mg/day
7. Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract (1g/day)

I'm afraid that if there actually is a neurological damage, one of the supplements or the Ritalin have caused it.

Should I return to the ER and do a CT scan immediately? Is it urgent?

Concussions:

27 October 2014 - I accidentally smashed my head against a concrete wall while I was running (it was a slow run of about 3 meters / second).
No LOC.

6 November 2014 - In a sports field, A basketball ball fell on my head from about 5 meters height.

January 2, 2016 update: I am very optimistic, as I've made a significant recovery until now (2-Jan-2016). I am confident that my situation will keep improving.

Pro,

I wouldn't worry about the CT...go do it.

Anxiety can do very strange things to the body also.

Any changes in your routine of late?
