BPC-157 is a peptide that is produced in the human gut. It is a compound that protects the body and helps it heal. BPC stands for Body Protective Compound. I have never tried it, but it sounds good and I'll probably try soon.
It has been found to significantly improve the healing of tendons, muscles and nerves. It is a signalling peptide, so it reopens the healing window and creates an opportunity for healing that might not have happened otherwise. Where it becomes particularly interesting for us is the effects on the brain. It seems to help the brain heal from damage. A reddit user even said it has helped him heal from brain damage induced by Amphetamine abuse. This sounds very promising to me. I have taken many supplements and have improved over time, but I'm not 100%. I still have headaches and brain fog - not as frequently and not as bad as they used to be, but they're still here. I now take Lion's Mane Mushroom extract daily (1 gram). I have taken it for about 2 weeks, and I think I'm noticing improvements, but I'm not completely sure. Therefore, I personally would be trying BPC-157. Did anybody here try it?

January 2, 2016 update: I am very optimistic, as I've made a significant recovery until now (2-Jan-2016). I am confident that my situation will keep improving. |
