Default Doctor said my red floaters were fine and not sign of retinas detaching.

Can I trust this eye doctor? I had a retina scan and he said with 100 percent certainty my retinas were not ****ed up. So can I trust the guy? Because I still see them sometimes when stressed out. he said with 100 percent certainty they were not detaching
