S,
I could see where diarrhea could be possible, if work is stressing you out currently an upset stomach can be quite symptomatic of that. I know being on a computer has been difficult for awhile for many of us here during recovery. Talking on the phone was also for me. Combining phone and computer would have made a wreck of me at one time in my recovery. Maybe close your eyes for a few minutes occasionally throughout the work day...let your brain decompress for a couple of minutes before you get wound up. We are all different but my son joined me in the PCS club this year with a pretty hard helmet less fall wake boarding this summer...took him 3 weeks before he could resume an online class he was taking.
