Default Hit my head getting into a cab. Eye kinda hurts

I have had eye pain before from stress. Is this anything to worry about? It wasn't a super hard bump. Kinda my left cheek hit the top of the cab. I know I post a lot when something goes wrong but the eye pain freaked me out. Back of my head started hurting randomly which makes no sense. I was hit there a year ago for my first concussion . I can sometimes retrigger that back of the head pain with stressful moments. Btw I didn't have these symptoms until hours after bumping my cheek on the car when I was worrying about it. I know this seems like stress but it just confuses me how stress can recreate all this stuff
