Default Is this normal brain (CT scan)?

Hello, I just received CT scan images of my brain and wanted to get opinion of doctors here. In preliminary report it was written that brain looks normal, although there are some anomalies in skull structure and sinuses. Here is rough translation from lithuanian:
Focal brain lesions are not visible. Brain ventricles are of medium width, Hi 46mm. Middle structures are not dislocated. Subarachnoid spaces differentiated.
In the skull arc between the coronary and sagittal suture there is not big defect, it seems – not fully closed front fontanelle. Locally thickened cheek sinus lower part mucosa. On the left one ethmoid cell is without air. Forehead, wedge sinus, mastoid cell have air. Crooked nasal septum.
