I have a pillow which I don't like, recommended by chiropractor that is proving to be a god send . . .Irish sort of statement I know!
It has raised edges and lower in the middle, giving neck fabulous support but hasn't a luxurious feel to it, despite stating this. Price was luxurious! As it does the job admirably will be sticking with it. Regardless of whether I am on my side (my preferred sleep pattern) or on my back the memory foam pillow does the job admirably. Made in Australia, it's a Therapeutic Pillow Complete Sleeprrr. Has removable inserts, thus giving Comfort options. Bedroom Pillows and Pregnancy Memory foam Body Pillows is name of website on packaging. |

I wish i could get a new pillow but the problem is its difficult for me to adjust to other pillows especially new ones.
My current one is really out of shape and i know its causing headaches but the fear of not getting enough sleep using a new pillow is putting me off the idea of getting one. |
