My vision therapist gave up on me. He said my convergence has been on the decline. It is, I will elaborate on this in another post. He basically told me that for now my vision is too sensitive to do any of these exercises.
He then strongly suggested bio- or neuro-feedback. I heard about these before. What is the experience of people on the forum with this? Mark have you seen convincing medical papers on this? |

Neuro feedback covers a wide range of therapies. The two main categories are volitional and non-volitional. Everybody that offers either one make all kinds of claims. They offer their research which is often anecdotal. Rarely scientific.
I think it is important to find a neurfeedback therapist who can accurately identify the cause of your struggles. What symptoms are you hoping to treat ?

The whole list of PCS symptoms.
Note that vision has been the major trigger. Every major setback was due (in my opinion) to me converging either for long time or for few minyres but for very close distance. Thank god that one doctor at JHU knows what I am talking about and apparently has seen that before. |
