I should have added that these 5 supplements have been studied and shown to reduce anxiety levels. There are plenty of supplements that are used to try to reduce anxiety but these were studied.
Formula 303 is made with valerian root, passiflora, and magnesium. Passiflora was one of the 5 herbs studied. Supplementing with GABA for the purpose of relief from anxiety, insomnia, depression, panic attacks, ADHD or nervousness is common, though there isn't evidence that GABA supplementation can actually assist with these issues.
