Hey guys
Last night I bumped my head on my freezer door. Hard enough to make a sorta loud thud sound. I've had a mild headache ever since that comes and goes. There is no swelling / topical soreness at all, so i suppose it couldnt have been that hard of a hit, but the headache seems concerning. Could this be a setback? Ive had pcs for years now and seem to have a sensitive head to bumps |

An on and off mild headache does not mean much. When people ask about headaches and I write a reply, I often get a headache. Yes, literally, I get a headache. The mind and brain can do strange things. Just a bit of suggestion can trigger symptoms.
Many of us have had chronic on and off headaches for years. If I got concerned with every headache, I would never have time to live a life. I bet you looked/checked for symptoms from your head bump. That is a common response to a head bump for many with PCS. Find something to distract yourself and you will be better.

I can't say I don't get a bit worried about my head when it gets whacked but so far with normal type of whacks worry is all that has developed, well a bump too.
