Default Constant dull pain in back of head

One thing I can't seem to get rid of is a constant dull pain in the back of my head. No doctor seems to have an answer to why I have it. I've seem 4 neurologist including my gp, multiple pts, and none have answers besides maybe it's muscle related. But how can that be after 2 years? I've asked if it could be Occipital Neuralgia but none believe it could be. In fact I was told I definitely don't have it.

I've done pt, endless stretching, etc. I'm out of options so I'm hoping someone here might have am idea or a similar experience or anything.
