Default Nordic Walking

Ever one to try and improve on my lot I thought that maybe Nordic Walking could help my right side.

If you were to slice my body say half way through my arm and leg the outer edge is diffferent. How different? I struggle to describe it, like a current coursing through, yet can be numb, a total different feeling to rest of body. At one time didn't even know where these parts of my body were. One guy told me its like when you get an injection and it starts to wear off yep - can relate to that.
And of course Bud - my noodle leg - your most apt description, noodle buddy, is now local jargon.

Because I want to walk further thought maybe the poles would help. Am having tuition using borrowed poles at this point in time but not noticing any real difference, if anything maybe making it worse before the ramped up coursing in outer regions takes over and the noodle effect comes into play.

Tutor who is a physio says it just takes practise. Me, am not intuitively convinced and of the opinion that I might be better spending my meagre dollars on better bike as I find biking better on the body than walking.

Long way of asking has anyone else tried Nordic Walking and if so the benefits of, accepting that all of our injuries are different.
