This is hard to answer as I dont fully understand your question.....
I have never had a high CBD strain cause a headache, but there are many strains that are dominant THC that have caused me to have a headache all have been an idica....

One of the reasons I medicate is to not have a headache, so all it takes it one try and Im done with anything that causes a headache!
