Default Is it possible to get a concussion from vibration?

Living with PCS since over three years now. In the past year I was constantly getting better. The last few month I was feeling very good, getting more active and I felt like I was getting back into my old life.

Then on Monday at work I pushed a heavy machine over rough ground. It shook my whole body.

I did not think much of it. At night I started getting dizzy, got a headache and brainfog.
The next morning it was a little bit better. So I went to work. After three hours I had to quit working. I was not able to concentrate.

Since then symptoms got worse every day. The only thing I can do is lay in a quiet room. Every noise hurts my ears, talking is too much.

Can it really be a concussion again?

I am so sad. On Sunday my nine year old son will celebrate his first communion wich is a very big deal in Germany. We will have 30 people over. I don't know how to handle it.
