Heart Light Sensitivity

Managing light sensitivity for Veterans with traumatic brain injuries - VAntage Point
First appt with eye specialist told me to wear sunglasses.
Appt with behavioural optometrist gave me prescription glasses with light sensitive lenses, prisms and I got my life back so to speak.

How are you with outdoor light? I'm totally fine with indoor light but daylight still makes me disoriented and dizzy. Trying to find sunglasses to help with this. Thinking maybe TheraSpecs.

Outdoor light - sunshine - is the worst. Behavioural optometrist gave me dark wraparound glasses with prisms etc which work really well. When not bright sunshine, my other light sensitive glasses help immensely.
Adjustments made each visit as needed. Can't recommend enough, I say they gave me back my world.
