Default Healing eye muscle tips

So I went to an opthamologist today and they basically told me that I have no eye issues i.e. double vision, lazy eyes, and that I have perfect vision. However my eyes are still strained 24/7 and they seem to be the last thing to be resolved so far. I assume my eye muscles are injured? or at least very weak and the opthamologist said the only thing that can help me is time.

That being said, is there anything aside from not overdoing my eyes on a daily basis and Mark's supplements I can take that will expedite my recovery?

I was hoping to get prism glasses but the opthamologist told me I didn't need them as they are for people with double vision. Really hoping my eyes can heal soon because I feel as if they are the last thing holding me back from a full recovery.

Also Im still occasionally nauseous is that due to my eyes causing some vertigo like symptoms or something else that's causing that?

Thanks
