Someone with multiple brain injuries has had good luck with this approach.

I checked out "Nutrient Power" from the library and am trying to get an appointment with a practitioner.

My psychiatrist said that he thinks my symptoms aren't from brain injury. I think he is mostly right. I think the concussions triggered biochemical problems, such as oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, potentially high pyrrole and heavy metal levels, and low nutrient levels.

My worst symptoms include overstimulaton/sensory overload, which happens several times a day, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, headaches, and tinnitus. I recently worked 45+ hours over 7 days, and it was a result of taking high doses of a few supplements to manage.

There's lots of information regarding schizophrenia (I have schizoaffective disorder) and the different phenotypes in the book.

I'll post my results with this approach.
