Default Anyone interested in being pen pals?

Hi,

I've had PCS for over 3 years now and I've been on this forum for about 2 and a half years. I think one of the most difficult things about PCS is that no one outside of those inflicted by it really cares about or understands the condition, but it's been nice to be able to visit this forum every now and again to hear from people going through the same thing you are.

That said, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in corresponding through mail so we can learn more about each other and have someone to talk to/someone who understands what we're going through? I'd love the chance to hear other people's stories and support each other on our paths to recovery.

For what it's worth, I'm a 20-year-old college student from California who is majoring in history. My main passion in life is writing, which is one of the reasons that I enjoy writing letters. I played football in high school and suffered multiple concussions my senior year (two diagnosed, though I suspect I really had three) which is how I developed PCS. I'm interested in sports and in my spare time I run a blog about concussions and CTE in the NFL.

Anyway, let me know if you're interested! I'd prefer a pen pal(s) who live in the United States because it's easier to mail things, but I'm really open to anything and anyone!

I'd be interested in checking out your blog and some of your other writings if you have any.
