my short term memory loss is getting worse as the days go on. i am now forgetting whether i took a shower, brushed my teeth, made/drank a tea, etc. get up to do something and totally forget what it was. i find it's a *tad worse on days with little sleep, but even on days with a full sleep, it's like a 10-20 times a day thing.
1.3 months after my last concussion & this is getting worse? also, i can't concentrate on anything...it's like i've developed a horrible case of adhd. mind you my history is a bit different than most (not all), in that i've had a steady stream of concussions due to violence/mental health issues over the past nearly two decades. time + number of concussions = a very badly damaged brain, i assume. i'd also like to know if anyone else out there has purposely smashed their own heads? on top of all of the beatings i received, i also used to wail myself repeatedly in the side of the head when angry. could these have been concussions in themselves? if so, i'm up in the range of like 30 concussions... i fear i have dementia setting in... |
