Default Update - 4+ years in

I'm doing much better the last 3-4 months. Lots of factors at play, but the biggest one has been supplements, light exercise (not excessive, intense exercise), intermittent fasting, syntonics, and an increase in spirituality.

I appreciate all of your support the past 4 years. It has been a difficult journey, but I'm a better man because of it. I will pay it forward in the way that you all have. Thank you.

Always good to hear update reports! Glad you are in a better place. I think you give good advice regarding light exercise, over doing it will create setbacks as I discovered. I've just passed the 3.5 year mark.
