A simple explanation is you got better. Your and your brain do not need a reason to get better. The question now is, Will you participate in activities that put you at risk ?

If you are going to update your condition in the future, it is easiest if you keep your posts in your original thread so we can look back at your progress. The subjects of Help vs Better does not matter. Your old thread will go to the top with your new post.

I would not be surprised that you have more of these events during your college experience. Somebody will be here for you.
