Default Has anyone used a cervical stretcher?

The ups and downs continue cognitively, but I'm currently having a few "almost normal" days sprinkled in there. They are so nice. So of course, I overdo things right away, and land back in the fog. Ha ha.

But seriously, I'm wondering if anyone has used a cervical stretcher for the ongoing neck issues. Most of the time I can do my stretches, massage in some aspercreme, or take an advil for relief...but sometimes nothing helps take the pressure off, and I end up with a "concussion" headache.

Keep in mind, I'm two and a half years in, so I'm not terribly worried I'm going to hurt anything. I just wondered if anyone found any relief this way?
