Well more specifically I have been taking low doses of CBD oil from a reliable company. Overall, I feel better most days with some anxiety/nervousness and some nausea. I’ve stopped drinking caffeine and alcohol. Haven’t been taking any medications. All symptoms come back full force when I have to do something stressful (like going back to look at cadavers). I do notice a weird sensation in my throat that creeps up sporadically which I can only explain as a feeling of nervousness or like you are gagging but without the gagging, or a lump in my throat. It’s weird but was interested if anyone else has had this sensation and knows what it is?

The throat and lump issue can be a neck injury symptom. It may be related to esophageal spams due to impinged nerves in the neck. I've had them twice in the past. A physical therapist and chiro helped get my upper back and lower neck healing.

Or, it can be caused by anxiety. If it resolves when anxiety levels go down, that is a good indicator.

Thanks Mark. I’m worried most about the encephalomalacia. I still have heard nothing from my doctor about a prognosis, or what having encephalomalacia means for my health. I just want to know if my mind is healing or if I’m going to be in my current state forever.
