Default Probably all whiplash + osteopath experiences

After a lengthy discussion with some caregivers and looking at my pattern of recovery we all think the concussion has healed in the first 3 months but the remaining symptoms are all from the whiplash i sustained. We all know we can't tell for sure, but it's a bit to coincidental that all my symptoms (tinnitus, fatigue, insomnia and some loss of appetite) get better after massage and get worse when my neck is tense. The good thing about it is that it's partially treatable. The bad news is that it makes me scared, because i don't know the prognosis. Some people told me prognosis is good and it will probably take another month or 2 to heal. Others are more carefull and don't want to say. I really have no idea if these things can truly heal.

The other thing i wanted to ask is if anubody has good experiences with osteopaths for treating whiplash? Or maybe other treatments? The thing is that chiro and osteopathy in our country are not recognised as medical treatments and are illadvidsed by doctors. My doctor just told me there is nothing that can be done except medication to supress the symptoms. Then again my doctor says this about everything. So I'm looking for some answers here. I did went to a osteopath who was recommended by my apothecary and a lot of things did improve. The first 2 times there was major improvement. But the 3th time didn't really help. Idk maybe it needs more time and we adressed some other areas then neck. Also how much time is there between sessions? I always need to wait 2 weeks in between but i feel that is a bit to long. Are there people who get treatment every week? I really don't know much about osteopathy since it is not accepted here.
