I had thoughts like this as well.
Did your injury result from a traumatic event like being hurt in a violent way?
If so, this could be some PTSD-like symptoms you are having.
Either way, professional help is probably needed, I would just be careful to get the right diagnosis.

Persisting Problems:
fatigue, dizziness, lightheadedness, vestibular balance and vision problems, vision static, tinnitus, hearing loss, slight sensitivity to noise, sometimes the insomnia comes back, sensitivity to stress, exercise intolerance, emotional problems - But I still have much to be thankful for.
