Default just cracked my head on corner of cupboard door

what a way to bring in the new year (especially since I am completely sober). walked right into the corner of cupboard door. like a serious, WACK (i was stunned/saw stars). the top left side of my head. almost immediately a golfball sized lump has formed with blood (blood was from the sharp edge and his subsided).
I feel woozy/lightheaded with a major pressure/pain in my head. I am slightly confused (in that I kept telling my Aunt it was the right side of my head, when it's actually the left...also, I couldn't remember where the "post thread" button on this forum was, took me a little bit...). my vision is a bit blurry. this HAS to be a concussion.
I happened to take an Advil about 12 hours ago, I hope this isn't a concern now.

I am screwed again, aren't I?
