Default hit head again

I don't know how. I was blackout drunk. Don't know if it was on ice, or what. But the weird thing is it's right behind the right ear and extends down to the base of the skull - yet my ear doesn't hurt?

All symptoms are in high gear...definitely a concussion. My only worry is a bloodclot/bleeding developing...it's been 5.5 days now...is there a window for this? I've read that you can be fine for up to 10 days and then bam you have a hemorrhage. Worried...

thanks.
