I've flown a few times and symptoms came back. The Dr felt it was because of the stress of coming home to life etc.

I just flew back last Sunday from a short trip 1.5 hr and felt nauseas and dizzy about half way there. I closed my eyes and breathed deep. On the way home same thing but I closed my eyes more. Now I am nauseous most of the time since I got back, tried and exhausted. I managed to get a bug from the grandkids and that's not helping either :)

I'm 9 months into this and although many things are better I am worse in other areas. I'm not flying now for a long time, this needs to resolve a bit better as its very obvious flying does not agree with my head.

For me, the process of flying is full of over-stimulation. A tightly packed airplane. Noise, stale air, vibration, uncomfortable seats and more are a strain. Airports are full of stimulation and stress. The poor sleep surrounding the travel. Disrupted diet.

It is just stress filled. Add some illness and recovery from the trip will be troublesome.

Try to take it slow and get healthy from the bug. Time will help you return to normal.

My best to you.

btw. My wife would rather drive the 11 hours to our normal destination than take the 1.5 hour flight because of how I respond to the stress of airports and airplanes.

Thank you Mark for your words. I'm thinking driving is much better too. I think the whole trip was overstimulating and definitely not my regular sleep routine.

I just went for a walk and all of a sudden started to walk sideways almost off the trail to the beach below. I was able to "lean " the other way and got to a bench and sat a bit. Walked home after awhile but feel funny now, not dizzy when I turn my head but just sitting or moving.

What bugs me is that I was just thinking on my walk that I was feeling so much better and might try and work a bit more. Now I want to take another 3 months off, this is so frustrating!

Sorry for all this, I just don't know where to get any answers. Everyone just shrugs and says it takes time and then they urge me to retire. I 'm thinking I might do that now.

Thank you for reading :)
