Default Neck Exercises for bad neck- esp C1 and C2

Hi

I wanted to ask a little about neck exercises I have been doing which I have found to be helpful, but wonder it anyone else has tried them and any commments (As mentioned a little in previous post)

They are on you tube- Dr Mandells techniques -username motivationaldoc

Dr Mandell's Atlas Technique - The Miracle Bone that Can Help Spinal Pain, Muscles, Body Organs

**

Dr Mandell's Miracle Axis Technique (Neck Pain, Poor Posture, Dizziness, Tinnitus, Immune System)

**
(unfortunatelty Im not allowed to post the full youtube link)

I found them helpful since my C1 adjustment at a osteopath, maitaining the improvements made.

Certainly need to be careful with it I think at first, but I wonder if anyone has tried them or has thoughts about whether its a good idea

I found a bunch of YouTubes by Dr Mandell under motivationaldoc
I did not find the neck strengthening video.

I encourage anyone trying these techniques to be very cautious. Some are rather extreme for the subtle needs of a PCS patient.

With anything like that, let your body guide you.. some techniques might be too much for an injured body, start easy and move forward as tolerated..

In general..
You Tube videos can be very helpful, and some may only have limited information, or even outdated or misinformation..
I usually cross check /verify information with a web search..if I'm interested in the topic.
