Hi
I wanted to ask a little about neck exercises I have been doing which I have found to be helpful, but wonder it anyone else has tried them and any commments (As mentioned a little in previous post) They are on you tube- Dr Mandells techniques -username motivationaldoc Dr Mandell's Atlas Technique - The Miracle Bone that Can Help Spinal Pain, Muscles, Body Organs ** Dr Mandell's Miracle Axis Technique (Neck Pain, Poor Posture, Dizziness, Tinnitus, Immune System) ** (unfortunatelty Im not allowed to post the full youtube link) I found them helpful since my C1 adjustment at a osteopath, maitaining the improvements made. Certainly need to be careful with it I think at first, but I wonder if anyone has tried them or has thoughts about whether its a good idea |
