Default bone splinters. opinion?

I was reading something online about not pushing on the head too hard [a person would do this in order to relieve headaches] otherwise the bones would splinter. Which is the reason I haven't. Is that true? Or does it just depend on each individual person?

What does everyone think?

What bones would splinter? The frontal bone? You have to be amazingly strong to splinter your own bones with your fingers... Try having a upper and middle trapezius massage if you have headaches.

anne12,

The skull is amazingly strong. Unless you have very severe osteoporosis, your bones would be very strong. But, pressing on your head does not sound like a good headache treatment. I just use ibuprofen or a Tylenol/aspirin mix.
