Thank you very much for this message, this is very kind of you. You don't sound harsh at all but very friendly  I am still unsure about what happened that night. But I will follow your advice, try to relax and avoid obsessing about the symptoms. In any case this is the best course of action.I am sorry for missing your posts - I wanted to minimize screen time and thus did not search for similar threads before posting. I also wish you all the best! Thank you again for your advice and sympathy. |
