alexhernandez484,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. Every concussion is different and every recovery is different. Some recover better than others. 85% of people with concussions recover without any lasting major symptoms. At 5 weeks, you are still early in the recovery period. Headaches are often due to an upper neck injury that causes muscle spasms. Good upper neck diagnostics and treatment can help. Tell us more about your injury and your persistent symptoms and we can try to help. My best to you.

Try icing the back of your head and upper neck area. Do this often. The Vitamins sticky 1st post has a recipe for making crushable ice packs. Reduce your activity and sensory stimulation to not trigger symptoms. Slowly increase your activity level over the next few weeks.

I've had some level of PCS since 1965. More disabling since 2001.

If your neck feels sore, achy, tight, look for ways to relax those muscles , it may help with the headaches..
