Default Combating Light Sensitivity

Not sure if I am posting this in the right place...

I have had pretty bad light sensitivity 7+ months post concussion. I got a tip from a friend whose had brain injury issues to try Theraspecs (google it). I've found they've made a massive difference and probably given me 3-5x more computer time before I get symptoms.

Wanted to pass this on in case anyone else can benefit.

I've found exogenous ketones (mainly MCT oil) to be the best help in combatting light sensitivity. And believe it or not, staring into a light with certain colors (syntonics or syntonic phototherapy) helps a lot too.

Blue blocker glasses help me tremendously. I have never tried Therapspecs, but I did get the Axon Optics brand of Fl-41 tint. Every brain responds differently to different colors. I do well with yellow and green tints.
