In the end my son was helped by an HRT doctor who also specializes in hormones. he discovered and treated his low testosterone and low thyroid and a year later my son is feeling great. This doctor surveys every patient before and after 1 yr and tabulates the results. he has a significant base of data from his practice. something like this, even if informal, would help people see the potential for HBOT to help

Which dr did you see? I’m trying to get into see Dr Mark Gordon?

Did your son have brain fog/headaches? What symptoms did it help with?

He Saw Dr Komer. We're in Canada. I know of Dr Gordon from his web site. This article was the one that got us looking into hormones:

Hormones Heal Traumatic Brain Injuries - page 1 | Life Extension

Thank God we happened across it in all the noise on the internet.

He had depression, Extreme Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Sleep Issues/Unable to sleep even if exhausted, brain fog, severe headaches. So far of the above symptoms he now still has some brain fog (much better now and seems to be continually getting better) and some fatigue (much better now and continually getting better). Hes been at it about a year. Night and day overall difference so far

I will add also he had his neck alignment worked on by a NUCCA chiropractor. That was off and was corrected. I think its very important to get this done also for PCS although this did not coincide with the major changes I saw in him. if you check my posts by looking up my username statistics I get into some more details.

What PCS symptoms are you suffering from and how long ?

Brain fog, tension headaches, head pressure, post convergence insufficiency, chronic tense neck muscles(trigger points), low energy, sensitivity to light and sound, inability to handle stressors, mostly flatlined emotionally with occasional outburst, insomnia(mostly due to pain).

I’ve has my T levels checked 3 in last 6 months, my Total T has been 207, 340, and 570. Free T 6.8 and 13.7, so one below normal levels and one normal. Not sure how there could be that big of a difference.

I would be very interested in talking with you in more detail. Right now I have appt with Komer for next month. Is your son on TRT or clomid? Is pregenenolone and DHEA(Keto-7)part of the protocol? HCG?

From listening to all the Andrew Marr/dr Gordon podcast, it seems the protocol for Andrew is around 6 or so different drugs, some to be taken specially in morning and at night.

Please PM me if you don’t mind to discuss in detail. Thanks.

He will review your numbers and very likely order a full set of new tests anyways. Since you have an appointment you are set. I think he will tailor the treatment for you if he thinks there's an issue with your hormone levels.

You didnt mention if you had your neck looked at. I would do that right away.

I’ve done NUCAA chiro, physical therapy for over 1 year, dry needling/trigger point massage for a year, lidocaine injections, facet injections into the cartdlige, its still ridiculously tight. Cervical MRI didn’t show anything. I constantly restrain it and have pretty consistent neck pain.

I’m looking into using peptide BPC-157 to try to heal it.
