Default Has anyone read Dr Engle's book?

Has anyone read that book? I am wondering whether this is worth reading (and spending money on) or not:

I bought it and skimmed it. If you've read all the posts on this website, including the sticky's as far as vitamins go, it probably isn't that useful.

I would have liked it if I had bought it right after my injury, as it is very organized and provides baseline information on all standard and non-standard treatment options. Most of it I was already familiar with at this point though. I recall him being a big proponent of using float tanks.

If you're looking for an easy, one stop, wave top level reference manual, it's pretty good. The information was not that detailed though, so whatever regimen or therapy options you found interesting would probably require more in depth research on your own. I hope that helps some.

Thank you very much for the answer. I was indeed intrigued by his emphasis on float tanks in the outline and advertisement - never heard of that method before. I also was surprised by the fact that he seems to be a big proponent of intermittent fasting.

Dr Dan Engle has some worthwhile ideas but he also delves into some very 'out there' concepts.

The Concussion Repair Manual – by Dr. Dan Engle
Yes, but the book. It’s cutting edge therapies and not just “out there” BS.
