Default Should i be concerned or is this ostheo quackery?

Hey so i believe ive spoken about my issues with walking im the past. Basically, when i walk, i feel an uncomfortable and kinda painful pressure in my forhead area. When i step too hard, like when walking on uneven pavements or stepping off a curb, i feel a pulling/ripping semsation in various places around my head. This sensation feels similar to a band aid being ripped off only inside my head. Also this walking can trigger symptoms when i arive at my destination, mostly an awful brain fog/burning sensation in my head as well as some other symptoms such as pain in my nose and general sick/malaise feeling. Regardless i have no choice but to walk a minimum of 30-40 minutes per day to get to amd from the metro and around campus, no matter how unbearable it can feel. Some other things can trigger this sensation but to a much lesser extent.

This has been happening for around 3-4 months i believe and i still have no real idea what the main cause is. The main possibilities ive heard are:

-pcs related(the most obvious choice)
-sinus rlated(i have sinus issues)
-related to my spine and severe nck tension
-its caused mostly by my anxiety amd focusing On it.

However, ive always pushed through this symptom as i was told that regardless of everything, walking, hard stepping, etc could not be damaging my brain even if it was causing these sensations and symptoms.

Yesterday though i had a disturbing email conversation with my osteo. He asked me how i was doing and i told him about my stuggles and my continued and worsening issues with stepping. He then told me that in my case, walking is harmful and should be seriously limited. He said it was likely caused by one of 2 things:
- my diaphragm not regulating pressure properly
- membranes going across my head and over my dura matter had now become so tight that they were aggressively pulling on my dura matter and therefore my brain every time i stepped or felt these sensations. He said this could be dangerous

He gave no additional information, he only said he would likely be able to treat it if i kept coming to appointments and that he would see me this sunday.

As you can imagine im not really sure what to do at the moment sinfe im not sure i fully trust this guys opinion(he is not a doctor after all) but obviously on the chance that he is in fact right, i should b staying home and dedicating myself to sedentary rest.

What do you guys think is the cause behind all this and does my osteo’s assessment sound plausible or is he only stating pseudo science quakery?

Ben, my call is this:

"its caused mostly by my anxiety amd focusing On it."
I agree.

"However, ive always pushed through this symptom as i was told that regardless of everything, walking, hard stepping, etc could not be damaging my brain even if it was causing these sensations and symptoms."
Agreed.

What your osteo told you sounds like pseudo-science to me. I walk for about 30 minutes every day and have never experienced anything resembling what the osteo said

Picking just one example: "membranes going across my head and over my dura matter had now become so tight that they were aggressively pulling on my dura matter and therefore my brain every time i stepped or felt these sensations"

In my view only somebody who knows nothing about anatomy would say something like that.
