There are many symptoms that many of us experience that are not on your symptom list.
I had an unstable and noisy neck at C-1, C-2 but have never had any neck pain. Nobody ever attributed my noisy neck to ligaments, more of an osteo-arthritis like condition. The stability is much improved but the noise has not changed. An initial diagnosis of Low T was retested with better testing protocols and proven to be wrong.

You state you have low T. That is likely the cause of your low bone density. "osteopenia" is caused by low T. I know of one individual first hand who went through all sorts of testing by doctors including specialists because of leg fracturing. They collection of simple minds got nowhere. He saw an HRT aware doc and was diagnosed immediately with osteopenia caused by low T. His fractures have stopped after starting T. Did you know that many symptoms of Low T correlate to PCS symotoms? You have some common ones for Low T that do: Loss of Libido, Irritability, tense muscles, panic attacks, anxiety, muscle deterioration, extreme fatigue, Why not find an HRT doc and correct your low T. I wouldnt be surprised if you start feeling much better and your other symptoms start clearing also. I have seen the following symptoms also get cleared although I dont understand exactly what resolved them : Painful neck, "currents" running from neck onto top of head (described to me like cold water). Was it the vitamin regime (Vit B complex, NUCCA cervical neck work, Fish Oil, Vit D) If you do the T you must be sure to control your estradiol. I have seen high estradiol cause panic attacks just like low T. An HRT aware doctor will prescribe you an AI to block it and work with you on T dose to minimize it. I would expect you'd have depression and negative thoughts also but everyone is different. If you are secondary Hypo-gonadal you can restart your HPTA and get off the T. See my other posts for links on research and success stories. I have witnessed some myself. most docs wont treat the low T. They are good with giving you some useless AD or Anti-anxiety drug. |
