Hypersensitivity issues to noise, light, and sensory overload have been giving me anxiety shocks lately.

Having some fatigue and brain fog too, nothing too serious.
The thing is that I'm trying my best to keep calm, but it's like that my subconscious is in charge, and responsible for my hyperactive senses.
Only thing that seem to help is good night sleep.

I tend to attribute my symptoms to anxiety, even though I'm not stressed throughout the day at all.

I believe that due to my neck injury, my subconscious is aware that there's something went wrong, and therefore triggers anxiety, the same way vertigo can trigger anxiety

I need to learn how to cope with it so I can recover and turn off the alarm that is ringing in my subconscious.
Is that makes sense to you?
I'm not really sure whether its related to my injury, all I know that things have changed
