I have healed mostly after my concussion and I am able to complete workouts without have a return of symptoms.
If I am able to workout without an increase in symptoms should it be safe to workout now? I am still experiencing a few problems cognitively with issues in reading and math. At this point in my recovery will weight training and working out slow me down as I really am working hard to improve my math skills at the moment, and I don't want this to be impacted by my fitness life. |
