Default Workout After Concussion Safe?

I have healed mostly after my concussion and I am able to complete workouts without have a return of symptoms.

If I am able to workout without an increase in symptoms should it be safe to workout now?

I am still experiencing a few problems cognitively with issues in reading and math.

At this point in my recovery will weight training and working out slow me down as I really am working hard to improve my math skills at the moment, and I don't want this to be impacted by my fitness life.

If working out does not cause headaches, dizziness, or such, there is no reason to not work out.

In fact, working out will likely improve your anxiety so you can focus better.

Thanks for your quick reply, as working out does not cause a significant rise in symptoms it should probably be safe for me. I have also seen some evidence only to support this.

Thank you,
